本政策說明 4P ANALYSIS App（iPhone、iPad）與網站（以下合稱「本服務」）如何處理你的資料。我們的原則很簡單：你的影片留在你的裝置上。
1. 我們收集的資料

2. 影片與分析資料
你匯入的影片，以及片段、畫記、聚光燈追蹤、戰術板、訓練計劃，都只存在你的裝置（或你使用的瀏覽器）上，不會上傳到我們的伺服器。骨架偵測與人物追蹤都在裝置上運算。
只有在你主動按下「AI 分析」時，該片段的少量畫面（最多 10 張）才會傳送到分析服務，用來產生事件與分類建議。這項功能是選用的，不使用就不會傳送任何畫面。
3. 付款
訂閱透過 App Store 購買，付款由 Apple 處理。我們不會取得你的信用卡或付款資訊，只會收到訂閱是否有效的狀態。
4. 我們不做的事
- 不放廣告，不做跨 App 或跨網站的追蹤。
- 不販售、出租或交換你的個人資料。
- 不使用你的影片訓練任何模型。
5. 分享
只有在你主動分享時（例如匯出影片到 IG、LINE，或用 AirPlay 投影），資料才會離開你的裝置，並依照你選擇的服務的政策處理。
6. 刪除資料
你可以隨時在 App 的「設定 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號資料。影片與片段存在你的裝置上，刪除 App 即會一併移除。取消訂閱請到 iPhone 或 iPad 的「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」。
7. 兒童
本服務供教練、球隊與運動員使用，並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計。教練若在影片中拍攝未成年球員，請依所在地法規取得家長或監護人同意。
8. 政策更新
政策如有變更，會更新本頁並修改上方的日期；重大變更會在 App 內通知。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the 4P ANALYSIS app (iPhone, iPad) and website (together, "the Service") handle your data. Our principle is simple: your videos stay on your device.
1. Data we collect

2. Videos and analysis data
Videos you import, along with clips, drawings, spotlight tracks, play boards and practice plans, are stored only on your device (or in the browser you use) and are not uploaded to our servers. Skeleton detection and player tracking run on the device.
Only when you tap "AI analysis" are a few frames of that clip (up to 10) sent to the analysis service to generate event and category suggestions. The feature is optional; if you don't use it, no frames are sent.
3. Payments
Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and payments are handled by Apple. We never receive your card or payment details — only whether your subscription is active.
4. What we don't do
- No ads, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
- We do not use your videos to train any model.
5. Sharing
Data leaves your device only when you choose to share it (for example exporting a video to IG or LINE, or projecting via AirPlay), and is then handled under the policy of the service you choose.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete your account data at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Videos and clips live on your device and are removed when you delete the app. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
7. Children
The Service is intended for coaches, teams and athletes and is not directed at children under 13. Coaches filming minors should obtain parent or guardian consent as required by local law.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above; significant changes will be announced in the app.
